World Gospel Misson
World Gospel Mission partners with individuals and churches worldwide to make disciples of Christ and encourage believers to become missions-active through ministries that reach the whole person—physically and spiritually—transforming communities. God has called men and women to lead churches and other ministries around the world. We work with seminaries where these leaders are trained in God’s Word within their own culture, so they can best address the needs facing their churches and communities. Through a leader’s lifetime of ministry, God’s Kingdom is multiplied continuously, person by person, small group by small group, community by community. West Africa Theological Seminary We live, study, worship, and serve as a community of learners in Ipaja, Lagos, Nigeria. We have small extensions in Owerri and Aba to the East. Our community consists of approximately 750 men and women who passionately embrace the Great Commission and the Great Commandment. We take our calling to be salt and light as a serious and personal call to make a difference in Nigeria, West Africa, and the world. We intend to be "world changers" by God's grace. |
Serving the Ex Pat Community of Lagos We use the word “international” because we are focused squarely on ministry to people in Lagos who are citizens of other countries. Our mission is to expats!! We seek to be a “church” in the fullest sense of that word—functioning as the body of Christ within Lagos engaging in the full life of the church, including fellowship, worship, discipleship, evangelism, corporate acts of service and love, etc. We believe profoundly in “new beginnings” for all of those who join us. |
